
Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the appointment of Arkady Dvorkovich as the head of the expert department of the President of Russia. This was announced by the press secretary of President Alexei Gromov.
Dvorkovich was born in 1972 in Moscow. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Moscow State University named after Lomonosov, then - the Russian Economic School and the American University of Duke.
1994-1997 - expert of the economic expert group of the Ministry of Finance of Russia. 1997-2000 - head of this group.
From March to August 2000, he worked as an expert on the tax and bureaucratic policy of the Center for Strategic Development.
From August 2000 to March 2001 - Advisor to the Minister of Economic Development and Trade. From March 2001 to the present - Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade.
Arkady Dvorkovich is married, has a son.
