The State Duma of the Russian Federation on Friday adopted in the third, final reading the bill "On meetings, rallies, demonstrations, processions and pickets." The bill implements the notifying nature of the public event.

Picket, rallies and other similar shares can be carried out by state authorities, local self -government, embassies, Interfax reports.

The ban on mass measures extends only in the territory directly adjacent to dangerous and harmful production facilities and other facilities, the operation of which requires the observance of special safety rules: overpasses, railways and lanes of railways, gas and grocery pipelines, high-voltage power lines, territories directly adjacent to residences of the President of the Russian Federation. buildings occupied by the courts, border zones.

The permissible age of the rally organizers is reduced to 16 years.
