
In the Primorsky Territory of Russia, as a result of special operations, 72 girls were released, who were prepared for sale abroad for prostitution. This was announced by RIA Novosti by the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Rashid Nurgaliev, who takes part in a meeting of the Council of the Heads of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the CIS State Magic University, which ends on Wednesday in Chisinau.
According to him, these girls, among whom were not only Russians, but also citizens of the CIS countries, were recruited by a criminal group. Its participants established a channel for the supply of "live goods" to the countries of North America, Asia and Africa.
According to him, "the girls who were prepared for sending abroad were kept in a specially equipped bunker, they took their passports and forced them to engage in prostitution."
During the special operation, law enforcement officers detained five organizers of illegal business. They have seized fake documents on which girls illegally exported from Russia, as well as more than half a million dollars.
“The very fact that more than half a million dollars have been seized about the scope of their criminal activity,” the minister emphasized.
A criminal case has been instituted on this fact, the connections of the criminal representatives of the states of the Near Abroad are currently being worked out.
