Sabina Loithoyzer-Shnarrenberger again acted with an acute criticism of the actions of the Russian justice bodies in the process against Mikhail Khodorkovsky. This indicates a note published by her on Thursday in Berlin, reports DW-World.de . Thus, she refutes the message of the Russian news agency "Interfax", according to which she no longer considers the process politically painted.

As Interfax conveyed with reference to the "informed sources", Loithoizer-Schnarrenberger does not have enough facts to talk about the political orientation of the process. According to the agency, the representative of PACE intends to initially analyze information from various sources and media reports about the trial, before drawing conclusions about whether the process is undergoing political pressure.
