Instead of Spartak, Kezhman will play Chelsea

The striker of the Dutch PSV Eindhoven Matea Kezhman, who, as reported earlier, has announced his desire to play in the Moscow football club Spartak through the Serbian media, will continue his career in Chelsea London. As a result, in 2000, the striker acquired the Dutch PSV for 14 million euros, and the Serb managed to adequately replace Ruuda Van Nistelrochi who had gone to Manchester.

In 2003, Kezhman spent a fantastic season in Holland: having scored 35 goals in 32 matches, he became the most productive player in the championship, became the second in terms of effectiveness in Europe, almost broke the record Marco Van Bastin and was awarded the title of player of the year. Last season, he has 28 goals on his account, and in just four - 95.

Several European clubs were hunted for Kezhman, including British.
