In Noginsk near Moscow, in his apartment in Ruzsky Lane, the acting was killed the day before The General Director of the Main Scientific Research Center of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Tax and Duties Vladimir Bondarenko.

According to the Central Internal Affairs Directorate, Bondarenko died from a single shot in the head. The version of suicide disappeared immediately, since there were no firearms in the apartment. According to one version of the police, 56-year-old Bondarenko prevented the criminal business. Indirectly, this version of the agency "Evening Moscow" was confirmed by the colleague of the deceased Yuri Volkov, who is the deputy general director of the scientific center.

According to Volkov, a few months ago Bondarenko was greatly beaten on the street, doctors even stated a concussion. However, to the surprise of colleagues, Vladimir Sergeyevich in every possible way avoided talking on this topic and generally kept a mansion for a long time.

In GNIVT, Vladimir Bondarenko worked for about five years. Among other things, he oversaw the center of the center in St. Petersburg and Krasnodar. Bondarenko divorced a few years ago and, since both sons grew up and lead an independent lifestyle, he lived alone in the apartment in Ruzsky Lane.

The daughter Bondarenko turned to the police: at about 7:40 a.m. she went into the apartment and saw her father’s body in the room. According to forensic experts, the murder occurred on Tuesday night. According to the operatives, most likely, Bondarenko himself opened the door to the killer, since there were no traces of hacking at the entrance.

The offender put on Bondarenko handcuffs, after which he shot him in the head of Makarov’s pistol through the pillow. At the crime scene, it was possible to detect the cartridges from the PM. Having committed the murder, the criminal left, leaving the door ajar, and did not abduct anything from the house.

On the fact of the murder, the prosecutor's office of the Noginsky district opened a criminal case under Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder). The investigation team of the prosecutor's office of the Moscow region went to the crime scene. The search for the criminal began. So far, the investigators do not have the main version of what happened. However, it is possible that the murder could be connected with the work of Bondarenko.

However, the employees of the Center made up only the form of the database, and they never received information about legal and individuals: this information is prohibited for distribution.

According to the colleagues of the murdered, they still cannot understand what could have caused their leader to eliminate. The center is developing software products necessary to optimize the work of the tax authorities, so that the center’s employees perform only service functions. Perhaps someone wanted to embed a code in programs for the Ministry of Tax Service, which excludes some data from the tax base or, conversely, allowing an outsider to implement the program in order to find out information about income.

It is also possible that someone did not like Bondarenko’s appointment to the post of acting General Director. The former head of the center Yuri Kalinin went to increase a month ago, and Bondarenko was appointed temporarily.
