On Thursday, the Moscow Arbitration Court rejected the Yukos oil company's application to defer the execution of the tax debt payment, NTV reports. On June 29, the court dismissed the complaints of the Yukos and Yukos-Moscow companies against the decision to collect the debt for 2000 in the amount of 99.4 billion rubles, after which the court's decision to collect the debt came into force.
