"A member of gangs, born in 1979, was detained by law enforcement officers while carrying out operational-search activities in the village of Alleroy, Kurchaloy district of Chechnya," a representative of the ROSH said. "It was established that in the period from 1997 to 1999 he served in Aslan Maskhadov's "presidential guard".
