Forecast for the coming days

The latest weather news is not encouraging. One after another, with an interval of approximately two days, cold atmospheric fronts passed through the center of European Russia. And the warmth left our region for about a week. In the center of European Russia the weather will be 2-4 degrees colder than usual. The central regions will have to experience the impact of another cyclone, excessively rainy, over the coming weekend.

There is mostly no precipitation in the capital today. During the day the temperature is +16...+18оС, the wind is western, 3--8 m/s. Rain on Saturday, heavy in places. During the day +13...+15оС. Wind east, 5--10 m/s. The weather pattern will not change on Sunday.

There is light rain in St. Petersburg on Friday. Daytime temperature +13...+15оС. On Saturday the weather pattern is the same. On Sunday mostly without precipitation, +16...+18оС.

A calm geomagnetic background is forecast for the coming days. But the activation of cyclones caused a noticeable cooling in most of the European territory of Russia. On Saturday, damp, cloudy weather is expected in the Central Federal District and most of the Northwestern Federal District. Therefore, in these regions, an exacerbation of inflammatory diseases of the joints and spine is very likely, and people suffering from bronchopulmonary diseases will also feel unwell. Atmospheric pressure in the middle zone on weekends is low, which, together with cloudy weather, will adversely affect the condition of people suffering from arterial hypotension and vegetative-vascular dystonia.
