Moscow says goodbye to actor Viktor Avilov

On Wednesday, farewell to the popular actor of cinema and theater Viktor Avilov takes place. His funeral service took place at noon in the church of Mikhail Archangel in Troparev, which is located on Vernadsky Avenue. And from an hour to three in the theater in the south-west, where the actor performed for more than 30 years, a civilian memorial service passes. On the same day, he will be buried at the Vostryakovsky cemetery in Moscow.

Victor Avilov died at the 52nd year of his life after a serious illness. Without a professional acting, Avilov began to perform in the theater in the southwest shortly after its creation. Its leader was directed by Valery Belyakovich immediately appreciated the vivid extraordinary talent, temperament and expressive external data of Avilov.

Viktor Avilov quickly became the leading actor of the troupe and created many different images on the stage. Among them are Hamlet and Don Quixote, Caligula and Don Guan. Last season, he was busy at once in several performances, and in the new one was supposed to perform in the premiere based on the play of the Spanish playwright Hasinto Grau.

The love and recognition of millions of spectators brought Avilov cinema. Including the films "Mr. Designer", "Petersburg Secrets", "Musketeers twenty years later." The most famous actor is the role of Count Monte Cristo in the film "Prisoner of the IF Castle".

The actor himself especially appreciated the role of Arbenin in the drama of Lermontov "Masquerade" in the production of St. Petersburg television. On the role of Woland in the staging of Bulgakov’s novel “The Master and Margarita” he said that she brought him misfortune: it was with her that he was associated and the disease that had claimed - cancer, ITAR -TASS reports.
