In the hospital, Vladimir Putin spent about half an hour. The president of North Ossetia, Alexander Dzasokhov, arrived there. Together they headed to the building of the city administration, where the operational headquarters for the liberation of hostages is located.
At a meeting in the building of the city administration, Putin said, Putin said that he ordered to close the Ossetian section of the Russian border, as well as all the administrative borders of North Ossetia.
“Back in Moscow, I gave several orders about further actions to identify all persons involved in this terrorist act.
