Putin visited Beslan

President Vladimir Putin flew to Beslan airport on Saturday morning. According to reference to Interfax Newsru.com, none of the presidential officials met. In the minibus, Putin went to the district clinical hospital of the city.

At Putin’s hospital, the head doctor met. Putin visited all the chambers where the victims were located as a result of the capture of the school, starting with a department for the seriously wounded. Then he visited the wards where the children were lying.

In the hospital, Vladimir Putin spent about half an hour. The president of North Ossetia, Alexander Dzasokhov, arrived there. Together they headed to the building of the city administration, where the operational headquarters for the liberation of hostages is located.

At a meeting in the building of the city administration, Putin said, Putin said that he ordered to close the Ossetian section of the Russian border, as well as all the administrative borders of North Ossetia.

“Back in Moscow, I gave several orders about further actions to identify all persons involved in this terrorist act. I instructed to block the city, close the state border on the North Ossetia - Alania, conduct targeted checks to identify all people involved in the terrorist attack, close the administrative borders of the republic,” the president said.

Putin instructed to compile lists of those who need support after a terrorist attack in Beslan. "We need to make lists of people who need support, do everything to help them restore health," said the head of the Russian state.

He also promised to provide all possible assistance to the victims and families who died in Beslan and instructed the Minister of Emergency Situations Sergey Shoigu to stay in North Ossetia to assist all the victims, as well as the republic itself.

Immediately after the meeting was completed, Vladimir Putin left for Beslan airport, from where he returned to Moscow.
