Zyuganov’s opponents established the "All -Russian Communist Party of the Future"

The "All -Russian Communist Party of the Future" - this will be called the new Communist Party, established today at the congress with the opponents of the Communist Party leader Gennady Zyuganov.

The name of the party was chosen by voting from one and a half dozen options. As a result, the congress participants considered the most worthy abbreviation of the All -Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks, which, as one of the deputies said, recalls "about the great history of the party and the country."

Delegates elected the Central Committee of this organization consisting of 92 people. In addition, the Politburo of the Party consisting of 14 people was elected. The chairman of the Politburo was the Ivanovo governor Vladimir Tikhonov, and his deputies Sergey Potapov and Leonid Ivanchenko.

In addition, Sergei Potapov headed the party secretariat, which included eight people. The delegates of the congress also established the posts of the “commissioners” who would oversee the work of the party in the regions.

The leadership of the All -Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks also included prominent former groups of the Communist Party: Tatyana Astrakhankin, Alexander Kuvaev, Alexander Shabanov and Elena Drapeko.

Thus, with the formation of the All -Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks, a split was organized in the largest left -wing party of Russia - the Communist Party, outlined in early July, when two congresses of this party were simultaneously passed.

The closest ally of the party is named the People's-Patriotic Union of Russia, in which the party intends to enter. On Sunday here, in Golitsyno, the NPSR congress will be held. This organization, created by Zyuganov in the 90s to expand the electoral base of the Communists, has now completely gone out of its control.

A curious detail: the organizers of the City Congress of the All -Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks found funds to feed not only delegates, but also journalists, which was never practiced in a defiantly ascetic Communist Party.
