Researchers from the University of the Belgian city of Antwerp taught rats to find mines.

Before you release a rodent on a minefield, they put it on a mini-saber connected with a rope that allows you to control movement.

As soon as the rat finns the mine, it is trained to scrape the ground in the place of its occurrence.

In the summer of last year, with the help of rat-satellites, a minefield was neutralized in the territory of Mozambique Tanzania, a magazine, neighboring Tanzania.
