The victims of Nord-Ost came to help in Beslan

The parents of the hostages who died in the "Nord-Ost" visited Beslan . One of them, Muscovite Dmitry Milovidov, lost a 14-year-old daughter Ninochka in Dubrovka in October 2002. Dmitry drove to Beslan a handful of “Nord-Osta” Moscow land-from there he brought ash from school. Dmitry shows this mocking death in a transparent salad box and cries.

-Why did you, the “Nord-nost-to-house” parents, went there? It was very difficult for you to do this?

- We collected money - 37 thousand rubles, decided to give them from hand. They calculated that our sad experience - how to survive after the death of children - may be needed now. We also survived barely. There is still a reason: a little more than a year ago we once talked with Tanya Khazieva-her husband-musician died in her Nord-Ost, little Sonya remained in her hands, and Tanya was the first of us who won the lawsuit in court. So, then, in June 2003, we talked with Tanya about what we want to achieve with these material claims. And Tanya told me such words: “If my child is captured at school tomorrow, I must be sure that his life costs so much that the FSB and the state will not have enough money to pay with me.” You know, we feel today that we did not have time to stop it. We went to say to people: "Sorry, in two years we did not have time to prevent your misfortune."

- They said?

- About everything in chronology. Immediately from the airport we were shown the Ingush border. It turned out that the military is already building some fortifications there. Something like a dividing strip. Further along the road was a cemetery. Rows, rows, rows ... Christians next to Muslims. Water bottles. Excavators work at night, prepare the next row. I knelt in the cemetery and stood - there were no words. Then we arrived at the school. Pavlov's house. Everything collapsed. Everywhere this dark gray ash. They wanted to buy flowers. But there is a new tradition - to carry water, rows and rows of water, which was so lacking for children then. The whole city is glued with photographs - disappeared, missing. Where are they? .. Although so many days have passed! ..

- You met with parents, relatives. It seems to you that there is a chance that missing people are still hostage? What could the terrorists be in the turmoil somewhere in the turmoil?

- It seemed to me no. These are just the features of the human psyche - I want to cling to the possibility of a miracle. People will believe in a miracle and after all the examinations - without seeing the body ... Having received only a piece of paper, that with a probability of 95 percent, this pile of ash is your child, they will be sought in the hope of finding.

- Do you think that with such a strong fire that was in the building, part of the bodies will never be discovered?

- Yes, not a fire there. The fire has nothing to do with it. This is a lively shield of a militant, which, if necessary, burned by the fighters of Alpha or Vympel. I can’t judge whether it was possible to do something differently, but I took everything as if the second scenario of Nord-Ost was written: they say, look, people, what would it be if they had not been allowed gas. As if to a warning to us.

-Asking you about the probability that one of the hostages was taken away by terrorists in the turmoil, I mean the following: many of the journalists who worked in the North Caucasus had to search for missing people. Very rarely, but someone found someone. Is it necessary now-that is, does it make at least some sense-to reanimate these threads and connections that we went for stolen in Chechnya and Ingushetia?

- Necessarily! Even if there is only one child out of a thousand, it is worth throwing all your strength to it. Of course, there are suspicions that the bandits could change into rescuers, and in doctors, and take someone away by car. Although so far all the strings of this kind turned out to be the speculation of people who grabbed the straw.

-It turns out that relatives are still looking for their loved ones in the neighboring republics as stolen?

- Looking for. The fact is that all the time new bodies appear from somewhere. We went to one house on Plieva Street-classmates of my deceased daughter Nina from the 752nd Moscow school raised money, and I decided to give them directly to the Smirnov-Kasumov family, where the same girls as mine: two years of difference. Inna Kasumova - now she will be 16 years old forever, and she has already been buried. But 14-year-old Alla, her sister, is still looking for. September 16, the day when I came to this family, my parents went to identify new, from somewhere arrived. I will give the photos of Inna and Alla to the school where my Nina studied. As well as a photograph of 7-year-old Boris Rubaev with Pope Arthur. September 1, together with his parents, Boris went to first grade. Parents died, and Boris survived. I gave the money raised by classmates of my daughter to two families. In general, we bypassed fifteen families and handed directly to the money collected by us.

“Why did you single it to these fifteen families?” By what principle?

- The list of the most in need was given to us in the Teachers' Committee of Beslan. It was formed after the attack by the teachers themselves. I saw these fragments, hastily healed people who collect data on hostages from morning till night. How many dead? How many missing? Victims? They help people really. Teachers do not conceal their lists, hang them on sites, are associated with potential assistants. The committee is headed by Elena Kasumova-Ganieva. Her husband Ahmed Ganiev helps her. The committee is located in the deputy’s reception, there is also an Internet club. Teachers go to the network and use all the opportunities for communication with people who want to help. About the new head of the administration of Beslan Vladimir Khodov, everyone speaks very well, as an honest, but naive person. However, Khodov still does not have official lists.

- When you entered the houses and imagined what was the reaction of people: they wanted to talk to you because you experienced the same thing?

- Not yet. Still a funeral. It's hard to speak. We had the same. And six months later, some lay in nerve clinics.

- Do you think that people in Beslan now need the most? Money?

- No. Participation.

- Not enough psychologists who work?

- Psychologists work in hospitals. And young interns often go home. It is difficult for them to open the soul. The problem is the same as after Nord-Ost-many do not want to communicate with a psychologist. They want to communicate with each other.

- You are like people who survived the same, closer to them than psychologists?

- Certainly. They wanted to talk to us - but not to cry together. They asked how the investigation of Nord-Ost ended: was the answer to the question how could this happen? It is already obvious that just like that there will not come off. On the fences of the inscription: “Death to the Ingush” and is more blessed. And no one washed these inscriptions. Quiet refrain: “We will take revenge” was heard everywhere. With us there was a youth rally of the same obvious orientation. About Dzanokhov - all the worst epithets. And Putin is just out of discussion ...

- Is it true that the attitude towards journalists is also very bad? They do not see their assistants in an honest investigation?

- Yes, bad. Yes, they don’t see. People say that journalists very cruelly treated them. And we were the same in the first months after Dubrovka: seeing that journalists were coming to us, they said among themselves: "So the vultures granted." And only much later did the understanding came that not vultures, but pathologists, without which we would never know what was on Kursk and in Nord-Ost.

- From whom now people in Beslan are waiting for a real investigation - from journalists or from the state? Who believes?

-Actually, people only believe in their relatives. Investigations are waiting, as many say, "from Russia." That is, from the state. But we went through Nord-Ost, we understand how it will be. We also understand why all the media reported that the Skalpel military hospital was in Beslan and was ready to work, and on the first day relatives ran from hospitals where the wounded were delivered to pharmacies behind syringes ...

- What humanitarian aid is it now distributed to the victims? What did you see with your own eyes?

- We have seen many in appearance large packages that they carry home. We looked closely: this is only soda, crackers. Where are those tons of cargo that flew by the red cross the day before? Where are all that we collected? Yes, something directly hit the hospitals, but we found a picture when some people have nothing to buy bread for. Of course, relatives helps ...

PS So far, the authorities fought for the creation of the “Russian middle class”, a completely different new class of citizens gradually took shape in the country - these are victims of terrorist attacks and members of the family of those who died in terrorist attacks. New "recruits" - monthly. Beslan, “Riga” and planes, Ingushetia, “Paveletskaya”, Tushino, “Nord-Ost”, Grozny, Ilshan-Yurt again Grozny, Volgodonsk, Kashka ... There is a new class, on the basis of which to unite, and they have something to throw in the face of power. They are almost a party. Only now the authorities have nothing to say to them. And so the party only grows stronger. Who needs it?
