According to the press secretary of the commandant of the metropolitan police, Mariusz Sokolovsky, the explosive device was left before entering one of the offices, which is located on the seventh floor of the building. Sokolovsky categorically excluded the possibility of a terrorist attack, RIA Novosti reports.
According to the Radio Zet radio station, the tenants of two nearby houses were evacuated by the police. Among the possible versions of what happened is the explosion of domestic gas. The streets adjacent to the building are cordoned off.
