The Union of Committee of the “Soldiers' Mothers of Russia” (SCSM) plans to discuss the prospects for the settlement of the situation in Chechnya with the representative of Aslan Maskhadov Akhmed Zakaev next month, the executive secretary of the Union Valentina Melnikova said on Thursday.
