The Russian women Svetlana Kuznetsova, Maria Sharapova, Nadezhda Petrova and Elena Bovina, who occupied high places in the ranking of Russians, strengthened her position in the table, rising to the fourth, sixth, 12th and 15th places, respectively.
At the same time, their compatriot Elena Dementieva sank to the fifth from fourth place. Anastasia Myskina, who takes third place in the ranking, remains the best among the Russians, Reuters reports.

Russian tennis players Marat Safin and Mikhail Yuzhny rose to the fourth and 16th places, respectively, in the ranking of the Association of Professional Tennisian (Asia-Pacific region) "Championship Race", which was published on Monday.
