The Federal Security Service of Russia has determined a list of persons posing the greatest threat to the security of the Russian Federation. According to FSB director Nikolai Patrushev, this list included the leaders of Chechen extremists Shamil Basayev, Aslan Maskhadov, Doku Umarov and al-Qaeda representative Abu Haws. Of those people who are abroad, the FSB director named Movladi Udugov, one of the main ideologists of Chechen extremism.
Russia can increase corn production to 6-7 million tons per year in the next two to three years , Agriculture Minister Alexei Gordeev told reporters.
