In Beslan, they are again waiting for the arrival of the Federal Parliamentary Commission for the Investigation. Especially now, when after watching the film, shot by the Americans, the head of the commission Alexander Torshin seemed to be opened.

The film of the CBS television company in Beslan saw on the same day when Torshin watched it. True, the former hostages who spent three days in the gym, nothing new opened. Everything that is shown in the film, people did not stop repeating the investigation and commissions. But neither the investigation nor the commission hear them.

With each arrival of members of the parliamentary commission, they are increasingly asking about one thing: how did it happen that most of the hostages did not die at the hands of terrorists, but directly from the rescue operation itself? And why the investigation does not recognize the obvious fact: during the assault on the school, the life of hostages was not taken into account.

“Well, what does he tell me, this Fedorov (one of the members of the federal parliamentary commission to investigate the reasons for the terrorist attack in the first school): the tank shot only once to release the release of hostages,” says Viktor Alikov, the father of the deceased teacher Albina Viktorovna. - Where then so many “shirts” from tank shells around the school? They did not choose them, trampled them in the mud, and we collected. Look - from the wing where the workshop, there is no stone on the stone. But there were living hostages ...

According to the investigation, when the tank defeated the right wing of the school, the opposite of the gym, there were exclusively terrorists. We managed to find witnesses who claim the opposite. But the investigation does not believe the “unproven” statements of eyewitnesses.

Zarina, a former hostage, looks through the film shot in the ruins of the school, and comments:

- Here we ran here after the first explosions in the gym. There is a wing where the workshop was dark there. I was scared to go there. And others ran. And then such explosions began! Tanks. I thought: Well, that's all, now the ceiling will fall and crush me.

For the former hostages, for their relatives, for the inhabitants of Beslan, the fact is obvious: when the tank, pouring the corner house of Zelimkhan Kadiev, drove up to the right wing of the school and began to methodically shoot it, there, in this wing, there were still living hostages. Moreover, everyone understands that they decided to use tanks even before the first, allegedly random, explosion was heard at the school.

“The tanks from the second were on the street of the Comintern, beyond the railway,” says Viktor Alikov. - And the third, about half of the first, they were overtaken through the crossing and set about two hundred meters from the school ...

It turns out that on September on September 12.30 the tanks were regrouped, drove very close to school, so close that terrorists could not see and could not hear them. And the first explosion thundered only at 13.06 ...

Tanks are not the only weapon that was used against terrorists and hostages.

A few weeks after the assault, the parliamentary commission Torshin admitted that during the battle the flamethrower of the "bumblebee" (prohibited by the Geneva Convention) were applied. Senator Oleg Panteleev was appointed responsible for the "theme of flamethrows." Four months later, members of the commission (Valery Fedorov) admitted that the numbers of the tube of flamethrines were incorrectly rewritten, which, of course, made it difficult to search for the military who used the prohibited weapon.

Residents of Beslan do not exclude that “bumblebees” will soon “get lost” at all. The attitude towards material evidence for both investigators and members of various commissions is extremely frivolous. But in the houses of some Beslanians, tubes from used flamethrowers are still stored. (At least five (!) Tubes of Beslan have already been found, the inhabitants of Beslan are ready to hand them over to the investigation or parliamentary commission, but only in the presence of witnesses and journalists and necessarily under the protocol. Otherwise, officials will again “blur” evidence.

We found the case from one of the flamethrowers. He lies in the house of Alan T. (name changed), numbers: 9362, 34-02, 4343. On the case-instructions, it is written: “Flazes. Do not use the room. ” And two rooms. One is knocked out at the factory, the other is written in black paint on the upper part of the tube ...

“One friend found,” says Alan. - And he left himself alone. I found about thirty -ninth house in School Lane (this is one of those houses from which our snipers fired at the gym and schools. - O. B.). The special forces, apparently, used them and dropped them down. They fell into the garden and lay there, until the residents of the house picked up "material evidence". And after all, no one was looking for them!

... According to eyewitnesses, “bumblebees” were used at the first stage of the assault, when there were still many wounded, but living hostages in the gym. Most eyewitnesses of the assault and former hostages claim that after the explosions of bombs in the gym there was no fire. The roof caught fire only after 40-60 minutes after the explosions. That is, after it was shot from flamethrower from the side of the school lane. On a film shot by CBS (yes, on all the films shot on the day of the assault!), It is clearly visible: it is light, the hostages are still taken out of the gym, fire is blazing with might and main. The gym premises will not be able to put out until late at night ...

The so -called militias - Ossetian men who participated in the release of hostages - say that the school was carried out, and not an operation to save hostages.

... the residents of Beslan are constantly lying. After each arrival of investigators or members of the parliamentary commission, people meet and compare the lies of officials.

“When my daughter was interrogated, she was shown photographs of militants for identification,” says Ruslan Tebiev. - She still asked: what, everyone was killed? And the investigator replied: no, three were taken alive. And this was not alone. And now for some reason they have only one alive.

“When I went to the city of Albin,” says Viktor Alikov, “he heard how some lieutenant colonel of his subordinates reported that they missed all the cars without checking.” He shouted: “After all, it was said: they left! Check all the cars! ”

People tell how helicopters shot militants near the railway crossing, that is, a few kilometers from the school ...

... In general, the “testimony” of prosecutors, senators, deputies and officials are changing all the time. They are already confused. During the last visit of the commission to Beslan, Torshin was asked where the former Minister of North Ossetia, Kazbek Dzantiev, is now working.

“He is not doing anything yet,” Torshin answered. - Located in the reserve of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

And the next day, the deputy prospector Kolesnikov, apparently not agreeing his testimony with Torshin, said:
