The fate of Kyiv "Dynamo" in the hands of Yushchenko

The Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Nikolai Tomenko said that the President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko will personally decide on the checks of the Dynamo football club (Kyiv).

“I reported the story of the president, and we agreed that finally all the materials concern the history of the creation of Dynamo CJSC, he will receive. It would be decided to demand whether the appropriate checks of the prosecutor’s office, other institutions or not,” the RIA Novosti agency Tomenko reports.

At the same time, the Deputy Prime Minister noted that the Ukrainian authorities welcome the actions of the court, since only the court should determine economic, financial or other disputes.

Earlier, the offshore company Pasifik Internet athlete Club Limited, which is a club shareholder, filed a lawsuit in the court of the Pechersky district of Kyiv, challenging the legality of additional emissions conducted in August last year by a closed joint -stock company Dynamo Kyiv Football Club.

Club President Igor Surkis said that his former business partner is a Russian entrepreneur Konstantin Grigorishin. The court arrested the lawsuits of 98.71% of the shares of the Club’s authorized Fund. The day before, the court abolished its decision on the arrest of shares, but in the evening on Wednesday, the offshore company said that the court expanded the law support base and arrested all 100% of the club’s shares.

The club itself does not know anything about the last court decision.
