A hotel with parking for deer opened on Yamal

In the city of Nadym (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug), a reindeer herds hotel opened. Its main difference is a special parking for deer teams. In the courtyard you can also pararry snowmobiles, which are now increasingly used by modern nomads for traveling to visit.

A reindeer herders can accommodate more than thirty guests in double rooms. Moreover, the rooms are equipped with showers, a room for drying outerwear, a kitchen, equipped with household appliances and dishes.

From the first days, the owners of the hotel have been waiting for a large influx of guests, because the city begins traditional competitions for the Governor of Yamal in traditional sports, the newspaper "Trud" reports.

It should be noted that in the Nadym district there are more than three thousand representatives of the small indigenous peoples of the North. Many of them earn a living by deer breeding.
