The court of St. Petersburg ordered Volochkova to pay 1 million 200 thousand rubles for chandeliers

The Dzerzhinsky Federal Court of St. Petersburg repeatedly satisfied one of the claims of construction companies against the ballerina Anastasia Volochkova for 1.2 million rubles.

In April last year, the Dzerzhinsky court has already issued a decision in this lawsuit, obliging Volochkova to pay 1 million 840 thousand rubles to a designer company for the establishment of chandeliers, lamps and a sconces in its apartment. However, the City Court of St. Petersburg canceled the decision of the district court and returned the lawsuit for a new consideration.

During the court hearing, 2 witnesses were heard on Friday - a master who made forms for a chandelier in the form of a swan and lamps, as well as an employee of the same company who installed lighting devices in the Petersburg apartment of the ballerina.

Based on the results of the meeting, the court issued a decision obliging Volochkova to pay 1 million 200 thousand 440 rubles and 18 thousand rubles of state duty to the company, Interfax reports.

As expected, the consideration of another 3 claims of firms that carried out repairs in the apartment of Volochkova on Italian Street will begin in April, when the examination appointed by the court will be completed. Examinations conducted by the North-Western Regional Center for Forensic Expertise should establish the cost of finishing work carried out by construction companies.

Repair in the apartment of Volochkova, located in the center of St. Petersburg - on Italian street (not far from the Russian Museum), was carried out by the most famous masters and design firms of two capitals.

According to the representative of the Istsov - Moscow LLC "Alviko", LLC "Borey -Techno", masters of Dorokhin and St. Petersburg LLC "Iskra" - lawyer Lyubov Duyko, interiors and the situation of the apartment of the ballerina with an area of ​​195.8 square meters. m are made in the classic style. The apartment "resembles theatrical sidelines: columns, a lot of stucco molding, decorative jewelry, stained glass, chandeliers and sconces."

The general design project was made by the Moscow company Alviko, chandeliers and sconces were also manufactured by the metropolitan company Borey-Techno, the St. Petersburg LLC Iskra was engaged in curtains, lambrequins and cornices, and all stained glasses in the apartment were created by the famous Moscow master Dorokhin. Anastasia Volochkova had no complaints about the quality of repair and decoration, but she did not pay the bill.

At first, representatives of firms tried to settle the case peacefully. They asked the representatives of Volochkova to return the money. But they were refused, and the representatives of Volochkova generally pretended that they did not understand what they were talking about, and stated that this is a provocation.

The first application to the court was submitted in December 2003. The judge of the Dzerzhinsky court of the Central District of St. Petersburg Oleg Kutyev, as a measure to ensure the claim, imposed a renovated apartment of the ballerina.
