The State Duma intends to form a special train to prevent deputy fights

The State Duma has begun to develop a bill on the introduction of a kind of domestic police - the Institute of Duma Bailiffs, which will maintain order during plenary meetings. This was announced at a press conference on Wednesday, the head of the Committee on Regulations and the organization of the work of the State Duma Oleg Kovalev.

The committee has already begun to develop amendments to the law on the status of a deputy, and in general it will take two to three months to work, RIA Novosti reports.

Requirements for future bailiffs are already known. "I think it should be people intellectually and physically developed, it may take two or three, and perhaps five bailiffs. The form of their clothes should arouse respect, and they will take a separate place - perhaps closer to the presidium to monitor the hall," Kovalev said.

The deputy said that the decision on the introduction of the Institute of Duma bailiffs was made collectively at a meeting of the Council of the Duma and was initiated by the last brawl in the parliament hall between representatives of the LDPR factions and Rodina.

Recall that the deputies from the LDPR arranged a brawl in the State Duma meeting room, after which they left the plenary meeting in protest against the results of the elections in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District. About 15 people participated in the brawl. The leader of the liberal democrats was their permanent leader Zhirinovsky. But, as it turns out, he was the first to hit him, but to him ( watch the video ).

As can be seen on the frames, Zhirinovsky, after a verbal bike, received a bargain from the deputy coordinator of the Rodina faction Andrei Savelyev. After that, Zhirinovsky could not stand it and rushed into a fight, jumping at the velvet deputy chairs. The leader of the LDPR literally jumped on Savelyev, still flying in a fist. But, it seems, he missed and collapsed into the passage to the carpet, dragging the enemy behind him, who fell from above on Zhirinovsky. However, Savelyev later explained that he was engaged in karate and therefore applied a reception, thanks to which Zhirinovsky was under him. The fallen Zhirinovsky received several strong blows.
