Igor Andreev reached the final at the tournament in Valencia

Russian tennis player Igor Andreev, having reached the main match of the tournament in Spanish Valencia, will present to the lion's share of the prize fund, which is 340 thousand euros.

In the semifinal match, Andreev in two sets managed to replay the representative of Spain Ivan Navarro-Pastor, who made his way into the main competitions through qualifications.

In the first batch, the Russian lost with a score of 3: 5, but managed to take the rival and transfer the game to a tie-break, which Andreev won with a score of 7: 3.

The second set developed for the Russian tennis player easier: he immediately seized the initiative and eventually won 6: 2, reports RIA Novosti.

Andreev’s rival in the final will be the winner of the meeting of the two Spaniards: Albert Costa and David Ferrer.
