Than Georgians

At a meeting with the head of the National Assembly of Armenia Artur Baghdasaryan, Sergei Mironov hinted that Armenian migrants in Russia are better than others. What's better? Than others. Mironov said that the issue of residence in Russia for citizens of strategic partner countries will be regulated by special norms. I wonder if Mironov is aware that President Putin called the UK a strategic partner of Russia, and Defense Minister Ivanov called all of NATO. What will we do with guest workers from England, the USA and Germany?
