According to the commander of the National Guard, Abdygul Chotbaev, his subordinates are agitated by rumors about the possible abolition of their department and intend to protest. In fact, the military rally in the central square of the capital can be called differently - namely, an armed rebellion. When the commander reports about the preparation of such an action, it looks like outright blackmail. It seems that the new authorities failed to demonstrate the necessary firmness and ability to resist blackmail.
