In Ingushetia, the opposition is preparing a nationwide rally demanding the resignation of the current president Murat Zyazikov. The rally is scheduled for April 30, and, as expected, on this day several tens of thousands of people will go outside.
The main requirements of the demonstrators will be the expression of distrust to the President of Ingushetia and the adoption of decisive measures to combat corruption and theft, the site of Ingusheti.ru reports.
Representatives of the regional branch of the People’s Party have already been sent to the city hall. The head of the regional branch of the party Musa Ozdoev, meanwhile, recently met with activists of the local opposition youth movement. “The notice was received on April 20,” the mayor's office said. According to the notification, the start of the rally is scheduled for 11 a.m. in the Consent Square.
During the meeting, the activists of the youth movement asked Ozdov in the event of "emergency" to take control of the situation in the republic. “The main thing is to maintain stability. When the Murat Zyazikov regime, which was rotting to the ground, will fall, it is necessary to take control of the situation in time,” this was the main conclusions of this meeting, the Radio of the Echo of Moscow reports.
At the same time, by April 30, participants in the youth movement decided to create the so -called "squads to protect public order." "In connection with the coming on April 30, national rallies are planned to create squads to protect public order," the widespread appeal of the headquarters of the youth movement of Ingushetia says. It calls for young people to voluntarily sign up in the squads. Everyone can already be recorded in them in Nazran, in Malgobek and in smaller settlements.
Meanwhile, in the Republic of Ingushetia, one of the serious problems was the abduction of people. In this regard, the leaders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of North Ossetia and Ingushetia are discussing in the Vladikavkaz issues of interaction in the fight against terrorism.
The meeting, which began in Vladikavkaz, is attended by the head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Southern Federal District Mikhail Pankov, ITAR-TASS reports. "The current situation requires joint actions to prevent the breakthrough of gangs across the administrative boundaries of Ingushetia and North Ossetia," the press service of the North Ossetian Ministry of Internal Affairs said.
According to the authorities, it is time to "radically change the level of information about the information about gangs and terrorists preparing sabotage in the territory of the two republics," the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.
But the opposition in Ingushetia believes that the current authorities are already unable to change the situation.
Recall, at the end of March, a mass rally was held in Nazran demanding the resignation of the president. But then the rally was quickly discontinued after the Secretary of the Security Council of Ingushetia Bashir Aushev, deputies of the People’s Assembly of the Rus Ruslan Albogachiev and Mikhail Aliyev spoke before the protesters. The authorities promised to fully fulfill the resolution of the rally about the suburban area , as well as to consult with Murat Zyazikov about the possibility of his resignation.
Note that the opposition enjoys the support of almost all teips (births). People accuse the acting head of the republic of massive violations of human rights. In addition, they are unhappy with the president’s reluctance to fight for the return to the Republic of the Prigorodny District, which is part of North Ossetia. In addition, a special commission has already been created by the initiative group from different cities of Ingushetia to seize the property of Murat Zyazikov. Residents of the republic are sure that it is acquired at the expense of bribes and theft of budget funds. According to preliminary estimates, the cost of president’s houses is $ 70 million.
