The lawyer of the victims of the Transvaal Park asks to arrest the property of European Technologies and Service CJSC. This was announced by lawyer Igor Trunov, representing the interests of the Guseyev family.

He recalled that in December 2004, the Cheremushkinsky court of Moscow recovered in favor of the victim Alexander Guzeev 34 thousand 920 rubles of material damage and 50 thousand rubles - moral.

In addition, the court decided to pay Lyubov Guzeeva material damage in the amount of 34 thousand 876 rubles and moral - 150 thousand rubles, RIA Novosti reports.

"The defendant - CJSC" European Technologies and Service " - refuses to voluntarily implement the court order, in connection with which today we were forced to apply to the bailiff service demanding to arrest the property of the company to repay the claim," Trunov explained.

Earlier, the bailiffs have already arrested the property of European Technologies and Service, which provided services in the Transval Park.

According to lawyer Andrei Knyazev, representing the interests of eight -year -old Julia Micorodskaya, who had parents died in the water park, the bailiffs arrested the enterprise cars, as well as his sports equipment. In this regard, Trunov assumes that not all victims will be able to receive compensation appointed by him by the court.

"The bailiffs have already arrested cars, then tables and chairs will go, and then the company will simply have nothing to pay with the plaintiffs," the lawyer believes.

As a result of the collapse of the water park dome on February 14, 2004, 28 people were killed, more than a hundred were injured.
