Following the global boom for those who offer only a minimum set of services, but extremely cheap tickets of the Economy Class airline, in the Australian state, Victoria decided to apply the same concept for wires on the last journey.

Palacom acting in the state won in its 15-year struggle for permission to open a special cemetery "without luxury" in Derrinalluom (180 kilometers west of Melbourne), RIA Novosti reports.

The dead there will be buried in an upright position in pre -drilled pits of the three -meter depth. Palacom intends to abandon the coffins, using bags instead. Finally, in order to further reduce the cost of wires to the last journey, the bodies will be delivered from the Melbourne morgue in batches of 12-15.

According to the director of the company Tony Dupleix, his company offers not only cheaper, but also more friendly ritual services to the environment. Nevertheless, the cost of the funeral "without luxury" is not so small - it is planned that it will be about a thousand Australian dollars (about 775 American).

"When you die, you will return to the ground with a minimum of hype and attributes that can cause damage to the environment," says Duplayix.

"Because of you, you will not have to burn 90 kilograms of gas in the crematorium, and there will also be no need to spend money on maintaining the grave (in the appropriate form)," he emphasizes.

Anna Jamson - the secretary of the fund, who owns the old cemetery in Derryrinalum - hastened, however, to reassure compatriots, assuring that the burial in an upright position would not turn into the only option for local dead.

Those who prefer to be buried by lying down and in the coffin will still be able to go on the last way traditionally, said Jamison.
