This was announced at a meeting of the government by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Chechen government, Belkis Baydaeva.
According to her, this measure is associated with security considerations during the celebration of Victory Day, RIA Novosti reports.
Until now, Chechnya has not officially announced the venue for the main celebrations on the occasion of the holiday.
On the anniversary of Victory in the center of Grozny, the opening of the memorial to the victims of the Great Patriotic War is assumed. He is built on Kadyrov Square, the murder of which, which occurred during the celebration of May 9 last year, has not yet been disclosed.

The crime committed on May 9 last year at the Dynamo stadium in Grozny, as a result of which the President of Chechnya Ahmad Kadyrov died and the commander of the OGV General Valery Baranov was seriously wounded, has not yet been disclosed, the deputy head of the Russian Federation Nikolai Shepel said.
“So far this crime has not been disclosed. We consider the case disclosed when it is detained and he is charged with a specific crime,” Shepel told reporters in Rostov-on-Don.
He said that during the investigation of this case a number of other crimes were revealed. At the same time, the involvement in this terrorist attack of those people who were detained at the initial stage was not confirmed, Interfax reports.
Nikolai Shepel said that the work to investigate this case is ongoing.
"Now we have resumed the proceedings on the case, since there is operational information and it is necessary to clarify some positions. You know, there is a statement by the son of the president. We must process these issues procedurally," Shepel said.
Recall that earlier the First Deputy Prime Minister of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov promised to name the killer of his father on Victory Day, on May 9 - on the anniversary of his death.
"We have 99% we have data about who committed this crime," Kadyrov said.
At the same time, he expressed dissatisfaction with the course of the investigation, emphasizing that "nothing was done during the year, not a single detail of what happened was established."
