Earlier, citizens of Uzbekistan, who switched to the territory of Kyrgyzstan, said that about 80 people, whom the Uzbek authorities consider involved in the riots in Karas, were detained in this city.

The Uzbek city of Karasa is located on the border with Kyrgyzstan, a few tens of kilometers from Andijan.
