Tymoshenko: We have no intentions to destroy Russian property in Ukraine

Kyiv has no special intentions to destroy Russian property in Ukraine. “We don’t have such plans,” said Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko following a meeting with the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Fradkov in Tbilisi.

According to her, despite the fact that at the meeting “The issue of privatization in Ukraine and the rights of Russian enterprises was not discussed”, she would like to especially add that Ukraine “has plans for the assessment of some privatized objects through understandable, competitive processes, through auctions,” ITAR-TASS reports.

According to her, she informed Mikhail Fradkov that the price of enterprises will be determined at the open competition, and the owner will be able to pay extra to the real value of the object, having a priority right to this.
