In the Duma faction "Homeland" a split between the supporters of Dmitry Rogozin and Sergey Baburin has risen. The day before, supporters of Rogozin told the newspaper that they would raise the question of the withdrawal of Baburin from the parliamentary leadership. Their opponents made it clear that they intend to get out of the faction and thus be able to make it out, minimizing the role of the "homeland" in the Duma life. It is expected that all deputies from the "people's will", as well as the socialist single party, led by its leader Vasily Shestakov (famous sambo, friend and Putin coach), will come out with Baburin. This is not the first split in the electoral block "Homeland", but the conflict will first affect the composition of the faction.

If 14 supporters of Baburin leave the “homeland”, only 26 deputies will remain in the faction, and not all of them are consistent supporters of Rogozin.

At the same time, the fraction may lose the post of vice-speaker, who is now occupied by Baburin. The State Duma may refuse to free him from post, the head of the regulation committee Oleg Kovalev told the newspaper to the correspondent.

According to the newspaper, the split in the fraction is accompanied by the Antroogozinsky campaign of the Goskanals. In addition, the deputy head of the Kremlin administration Vladislav Surkov said a weighty word against Rogozin. “Though you take the Communists, at least the“ homeland, ”Surkov said in an interview with Spiegel magazine.“ With all due respect, I can’t imagine what would happen to the country, they come to power. ” And a little lower, he made it clear that he was worried about the activity of "chauvinistic pro -fascist forces."
