A criminal case has been instituted against the tormentor of the dog, which staged experiments on it

Employees of the Inza city of the Inza of the Ulyanovsk Region opened a criminal case on the fact of cruel treatment of animals against a 53-year-old man.

According to the press service of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the region, the criminal case was opened under Article 245 (abbreviation with animals) and 235 (illegal occupation of private pharmaceutical activity by a person who does not have a license for the elected type of activity) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

According to operational data, a 53-year-old man beat his dog, starved her and checked the deed of various drugs on it, which he made at home. As a result, the dog died.

As it became known, the sadist tortured the animal in front of his young child. According to Interfax, in recent years this is already the second criminal case, instituted in Ulyanovsk on the fact of brutal handling of animals.
