Другой источник, знакомый с ходом переговоров, подтвердил достижение договоренности с инвестбанками, добавив: "Переговоры уже в завершающей стадии, подписание соглашения ожидается в ближайшее время".

Ранее источники, близкие к переговорному процессу, поясняли, что проблема в организации кредита заключается в том, что Росимущество стремится обеспечить более выгодные условия кредитования - передачу в залог по кредиту не 100% акций "Роснефти", а менее 50%. По словам одного из источников, "главным для Росимущества являются не вопросы, связанные с изменением ставки, а этот политический вопрос - о том, сколько процентов акций "Роснефти" будет заложено".

Представитель банка-организатора кредитования подтверждал, что вопрос о залоге является одним из предметов дискуссии в рамках процесса организации кредита.

Ранее сообщалось, что "Роснефтегаз" ведет переговоры об организации займа на сумму $7,3 млрд. и о размещения акций с Morgan Stanley и еще пятью банками: ABN Amro Holding NV, JPMorgan Chase & Co, а также Barclays Plc, BNP Paribas SA, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein.

"УАЗ" начинает производство новых внедорожников "Patriot"

ОАО "Ульяновский автомобильный завод" ("УАЗ") 17 августа планирует начать производство новых внедорожников Patriot, сообщили в "Северсталь-Авто", владеющем контрольным пакетом акций "УАЗа".

Планируется, что в среду с конвейера сойдут первые серийные UAZ Patriot - принципиально новая модель джипа, разработанная на "УАЗе".

Как ранее сообщал генеральный директор ОАО "Северсталь-Авто" Вадим Швецов, UAZ Patriot станет приоритетным продуктом "УАЗа" на ближайшие годы.

"УАЗ" до 2008 года намерен увеличить выпуск внедорожников семейства Patriot до 40 тыс. в год.

Все автомобили UAZ Patriot оснащаются бензиновым двигателем объемом 2,7 литра, германским сцеплением LUK и южнокорейской коробкой передач Dymos, общее количество импортных компонентов в этом автомобиле в структуре себестоимости уже на начальном этапе производства составляет около 20%.

Рекомендованные розничные цены на UAZ Patriot в зависимости от комплектации - от 399 тыс. 900 рублей до 455 тыс. рублей.

Как сообщалось ранее, "УАЗ" за последние полтора года инвестировал порядка $30 млн. в подготовку производства UAZ Patriot и в окрасочный комплекс, который создавался в расчете на этот автомобиль.

Совет директоров РЖД может принять ряд кадровых решений, - источник

Совет директоров ОАО "Российские железные дороги" (РЖД) на заседании в среду может рассмотреть вопрос о кадровых перестановках в компании, сообщил источник, близкий к совету директоров.

По его данным, количество вице-президентов РЖД может сократиться с 14 до 12, а вместо двух первых вице-президентов, скорее всего, останется один. Как полагает источник, эту должность может занять глава пенсионного фонда "Благосостояние" Вадим Морозов (ранее в 2003 году он занимал должность первого заместителя министра транспорта).

Кроме того, как ожидается, будут введены должности двух старших вице-президентов. На должность старшего вице-президента по финансам и экономике может быть выдвинут Федор Андреев, который в настоящее время занимается финансами РЖД. Старшим вице-президентом по стратегическому развитию и корпоративному строительству РЖД может стать Борис Лапидус.

Источник также не исключил, что численный состав правления РЖД будет сокращен.

Между тем, как сообщил представитель Федерального агентства железнодорожного транспорта, в документах к предстоящему заседанию совета директоров РЖД "кадровые вопросы не значатся".

Источник, близкий к совету директоров РЖД, сообщил также, что совет директоров рассмотрит привлечение синдицированного кредита западных банков на $600 млн., и изберет председателя совета. В прежнем составе совета эту должность занимал вице-премьер Александр Жуков. Кроме того, совет директоров утвердит результаты размещения облигационного займа РЖД на 12 млрд. рублей.

Совет директоров РЖД в среду рассмотрит план работы на второе полугодие 2005 года.

Это первое заседание совета директоров после назначения Владимира Якунина на пост главы РЖД в июне.

Накануне стало известно, что Минэкономразвития РФ направило в правительство согласованный проект директивы к совету директоров ОАО "Российские железные дороги" (РЖД) по вопросу избрания председателя совета директоров компании. Как сообщил источник в одном из министерств, в проекте директивы предложено голосовать за избрание главой совета директоров вице-премьера А.Жукова, который занимал этот пост в прежнем составе совета директоров.

InBev завершила сделку по покупке 100% пивоваренной компании "Тинькофф" (Санкт-Петербург) за 167 млн. евро ($201 млн.), говорится в пресс-релизе InBev.

В пресс-релизе отмечено, что это приобретение сразу же позволит InBev увеличить мощности по производству пива в России на 2,3 млн. гектолитров в год (с возможностью дальнейшего расширения до 4,8 млн. гектолитров).

Ранее сообщалось, что основатель и владелец компании Олег Тиньков после закрытия сделки войдет в состав совета директоров SUN Interbrew (представляет интересы InBev в России). Ресторанный бизнес компании не является частью сделки, О.Тиньков сохранит его за собой.

В настоящее время InBev принадлежит 8 пивоваренных заводов в России. В 2004 году объем продаж российских предприятий достиг 12,7 млн. гектолитров, доля рынка составила 15,6%. В последние годы наблюдается значительный рост объемов производства компании (среднегодовые темпы роста за 2000-2004 гг. составили 11,6%).

Компания "Тинькофф" была основана в 1998 году частным предпринимателем О.Тиньковым. Кроме ресторанов-пивоварен ей принадлежит пивоваренный завод в Пушкине. Совокупный оборот компании в 2004 году (ресторанное и производственное направления) составил $53 млн. против $33 млн. в 2003 году.
