The extensive anticyclone, which has occupied the entire Central and Eastern Europe, will determine quite warm and comfortable weather in the central zone of the European territory of Russia over the next few days. On Tuesday, the central regions of European Russia will still be on the eastern, not very warm edge of this anticyclone under northwestern winds. That’s why the nights are cold, only +4...+9оС. And in the morning, as in the previous day, with a weak wind or complete calm, fogs will creep in. However, in the conditions of an anticyclone with variable cloudiness during the day, the air in the afternoon will warm up to +15...+20°C. In the Central and Central Black Earth regions on Wednesday afternoon the air will warm up to +17...+22оС. In the North-West region, on the periphery of the anticyclone, on Tuesday in the north and east, light rains are still not excluded in some places, during the day +16...+22оС.

In the capital there is no precipitation, maximum temperature +17...+19оС, north-west wind, 3--8 m/s.

In St. Petersburg, no precipitation, during the day +17...+19оС.

In most of the European territory of Russia, quite comfortable weather is expected, favorable for most people, which will not cause meteopathic reactions. Atmospheric pressure is around the climate norm or slightly higher. But in the morning hours it is cool, the likelihood of colds increases. In the south of European Russia, the weather will remain unstable. Active thunderstorm activity and gusty winds can cause negative reactions (feelings of anxiety) in people with nervous diseases and unstable mental health; people with cardiovascular diseases may also feel unwell.
