Law enforcement agencies of the Altai Territory detained a resident of Barnaul, suspected of committing four murders and a number of other serious crimes.
On August 25, 2005, in the premises of the slaughterhouse of the Alliance STDS LLC, located in the village of Karpovo, Krasnoshchekovsky district, corpses of two men and one woman were discovered with gunshot wounds.
On this fact, the prosecutor's office of the Altai Territory opened a criminal case under part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional killing of several persons).
According to the REGNUM IA in the prosecutor's office of the Altai Territory, only the coordinated work of the prosecutor’s office, together with the administration of the criminal investigation department of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate, made it possible to establish the identity of the suspect in the commission of this crime in the shortest possible time.
As a result, the police were detained by a 36-year-old resident of Barnaul, who is also suspected of committing another murder and a number of other serious crimes.
