
The plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in the Siberian Federal District (Siberian Federal District) Anatoly Kvashnin called five possible candidates for the post of head of the Altai Republic.
As the Siberia was reported on Wednesday in the District Information Center, among the possible candidates for the post of head of the region, Polkhodima called the chief federal inspector in the Altai Territory Alexander Berdnikov, the head of the Choysky district of the Altai Borisov Republic, the State Duma deputy from the Altai Republic of Sergei Pekpeyev, the head of the UFSB Vyacheslav Polezhaev, who had previously worked in the Chita region. A similar position in the Republic of Altai, and the first deputy prime minister of the Government of the Republic of Altai Nikolai Tetakov.
The district information center also reported that Kvashnin announced the list of possible candidates on Tuesday evening in Gorno-Altaysk at a meeting of representatives of the authorities of the Altai Republic.
According to the district center, Kvashnin noted at the meeting that before lying on the table for the President of the Russian Federation, a list of candidates for the post of head of the Altai Republic will be reduced to two surnames.
