Due to the absence of Vadik's Pony, the second place went to Vladislav Surkov

Once in the list of 50 of the most mentioned newsmakers, Vladislav Surkov, according to the rules of our rating, got the opportunity to participate in all nominations. As expected, the best result of the deputy head of the presidential administration demonstrated in the nomination "Pridvorny", being in second place immediately after Vladimir Putin. For comparison: in the nomination “Steers” he took 40th place, in the nomination “Authorities”-27th (thanks to the discussion in the media, his speeches on the General Council of “Business Russia”), in the “Vorotil” nomination-the 42nd.
The table shows that the president is mentioned in 56% of the media materials about Vladislav Surko. The deputy head of the presidential administration, in turn, is mentioned in 1.5% of the media materials about Putin (see Table 1). Thus, it can formally argue that Putin is 37 times more important for Surkov than Surkov for Putin.
We have repeatedly noted that high indigence indicators are a consequence of the characteristics of the presidential administration. If Igor Sechin got to the list of the most mentioned Newsmakers, his indicator would be 71.79%, and Dmitry Medvedev would have 60.29%. But there are people surrounded by the president and more dependent persons. So, if the spouse of President Lyudmila Putin participated in our ranking, then according to the results of the past quarter, its indicator in the Court of Transport would be 90.20%. Labrador Koni is connected with the president by 97.06%, and the American dwarf horse Vadik recently ascended to the political Olympus is 100%even at all. It is curious that, according to the “courtiers” indicator, Vadik almost twice bypassed Mintimer Shaimiev, three times - Boris Gryzlova, four times - Andrei Fursenko and five times - Yuri Luzhkova.
Once again, we will pay attention to the previously revealed pattern: the governors who survived the procedure for appointing the president remain in their seats if their courtiness exceeds 50%. According to the results of the second quarter, the court of Governor of Altai Mikhail Lapshin was 35.5%, and 32%according to the third. As a result, he was not among the candidates presented by Putin for the post of governor. And the courtality of the governor of Stavropol, Alexander Chernogorov, who raised the issue of trust before the president, is 74.14%, and if he conducts water to the Degtyarevsky Kochubuevsky district farm (as he asked for a local pensioner during the teleconference with Putin), he most likely does not have to worry about his career.
