Two cars were shot on the Moscow -Don highway - three were killed, four were injured

As a result of the shelling of the car in the suburbs, the former owner of Sudbusinessbank and Credittrast Alexander Slesarev, his wife Natalya and daughter Elizabeth were killed.

This was reported to "Interfax" a source in law enforcement on Sunday. “The murder could have been connected with the review of banking licenses and the failure to fulfill bank obligations ,” the agency’s interlocutor said. According to him, in the car, along with Slesarev and the family, there was also the niece of the banker Sofya Mikhailova.

At the same time, the Interfax prosecutor’s office has not yet confirmed this information.

Meanwhile, in the suburbs, a car was discovered from which shooting was fired. According to Interfax, a source in law enforcement agencies, today a burned Audi A-8 car was discovered near the village of Gorki Leninsky Leninsky district near the Meshcheryurinsky highway, in which Makarov’s pistol and Kalashnikov’s automatic machine were discovered.

On Sunday, at about 10:20 Moscow time, an unknown man called the police and said that on the 33rd km of the Moscow-Don highway there are two shot cars.

Arriving at the scene, police officers found a black Mitsubishi Pajero car with bullet holes on the windshield on the side of the track. At 300 m from it was Mercedes car.

During the inspection of the scene in the Mercedes car, a married couple was discovered, which died from gunshot wounds, as well as two wounded girls - seven and 15 years old, which were taken to the hospital, but the eldest girl later died.

In addition, there were three more wounded in the jeep, who were also taken to the hospital. At the scene, the investigators found the sleeves from the Makarov pistol and the Kalashnikov assault rifle.

As the preliminary investigation established when two cars moved towards the region, they were overtaken by the Audi A-8, from which unknown people began to shoot, after which Mercedes and Mitsubishi stopped on the side of the road, and Audi disappeared from the scene.

On this fact, the investigation group is currently working on the spot. The issue of initiating a criminal case is being decided.

"Sudbusinessbank" was liquidated at the claim of the Central Bank

The Moscow Arbitration Court in June 2004 decided to liquidate Sodbusinessbank, satisfying the claim of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. The bank’s license was withdrawn on May 12, 2004 in connection with the non -fulfillment of Sodbusinessbank federal laws governing banking, in particular, the law on countering money laundering.

The Bank of Russia also introduced a temporary administration in Sudbusinessbank for a period before the appointment of a liquidator or bankruptcy trustee, but then it could not begin to fulfill her duties for a week due to counteracting the bank's management.

In 2003, the Bank of Russia conducted a check of Sodbusinessbank, during which significant threats were discovered by the interests of creditors and bank depositors. The conclusion about the threat was based on the assessment of the capital of the bank, which turned out to be "bloated", i.e. formed using improper assets.
