A student from the Republic of Congo is beaten in Moscow

In the southwestern district of the capital last night there was an attack on a 1st year student of Moscow State University Lutheya Sangwa.

According to RIA Novosti in the press service of the prosecutor's office of the capital, unknown criminals tried to take possession of the student’s mobile phone and inflicted bodily harm to him.

On this fact, the Zyuzinsky interdistrict prosecutor's office of Moscow agreed to initiate a criminal case under Article 30 (attempted crime) and article 161 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (robbery).

As it became known, during the operational-search measures, three residents of the Vladimir region were detained on suspicion of committing a crime.

In relation to the detainees, the issue of choosing a preventive measure in the form of detention will be resolved. The investigation is conducted by the police department "Kotlovka". The investigation of this case is monitored by the Zyuzin inter -district prosecutor's office.
