Forecast for the coming days

The cold air of the Arctic will not stay long on the European plain. A cyclonic vortex from the north Atlantic is pushing the cold into the southeast of European territory. And warm and humid ocean air will begin to flow into the northern half of the European territory of Russia with western currents. The northwestern regions will fall into the warm sector of the Atlantic cyclone, and there will be little rain here, during the day +5...+10°C. In central Russia there is mostly no precipitation, in the Arctic air during the day no higher than +1...+8°C, and at night frosts down to -7°C everywhere. On Sunday it will warm up by 2-4 degrees.

In Moscow on Friday and Saturday at night -1...-3оС, during the day the maximum temperature is +6...+8оС, light rain, southwest wind, 3--8 m/s. On Sunday there will be light rain, during the day +8...+10оС.

In St. Petersburg there will be light rain on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Temperature during the day +6...+9оС.

In the northwestern and northern regions of European Russia, wet, cool and windy weather can adversely affect the well-being of people with chronic diseases of the bronchi and lungs, as well as arthritis, polyarthritis, arthrosis, radiculitis, osteochondrosis, and radicular syndrome. As for the middle zone, the weather will correspond to this time of year. On October 23, a disturbed geomagnetic background is expected, which will turn out to be the main external factor negatively affecting the well-being of people suffering from cardiovascular diseases.
