Cold and ice are expected in Moscow

In the Moscow region, winter is trying to take its own right - it is cold and ice. But already at the weekend, slight warming is expected.

According to Roshydromet, this afternoon in the capital the thermometer will show from 0 to minus 2 degrees, in the region-from minus 4 to plus 2. Gusts of wind of the northeast direction reached 4-9 meters per second.

According to meteorologists, variable cloudy is expected, however, experts promise that there will be no wet snow and rain. At night, the air temperature will fall to minus 5-7 in Moscow, in the suburbs-up to 4-9 below zero. In some places there will be slight snow. Forecasters warn that ice and ice are expected. Atmospheric pressure will be normal today, it will be 762 mm Hg, ITAR-TASS reports.

An inconspicuous cyclone that came to Moscow from Scandinavia brought the first snow, rains and ice to the capital. But today he will gradually move to the southeast. Its place will take an anticyclone from Western Europe, which will bring with it a slight warming and dryness.

Instead of wet and snowy weather, the inhabitants of the Moscow region will enjoy clear and warmer - day and frosty - at night. So, in the last weekend of October, the number of clouds over the capital will decrease, as a result of which it will freeze to minus 6-8 degrees at night, and during the day the air will warm up to plus 3-5.
