At the General Meeting of AvtoVAZ shareholders on December 22, where they will choose a resignation to Vladimir Kadannikov , half of the places in the Council of Directors of the Automobile Plant will be occupied by government officials. Two newspapers at once - Kommersant and Vedomosti - claim that the state has already found its own man who will head AvtoVAZ. True, they call different names.
According to Kommersant , the new chairman of the Board of Directors will be the deputy general director of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Rosoboronexport" Vladimir Artyakov, who worked in 1997 in the management of the President of Russia under the leadership of Vladimir Putin.
"Vedomosti" claim that the head of the Federal Propertomise Boris Aleshin will be conducted by the Board of Directors. And to Artyakov the newspaper read the place of the general director of AvtoVAZ, which he can take instead of Vitaly Vilchik. Aleshin abstained from comments.
The versions of who will head the board of directors of the car factory appeared after the press has leaked to the press of candidates to the new composition of the council, which will be re -elected at an extraordinary meeting of shareholders on December 22.
According to Vedomosti, out of 12 candidates, two are employees of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Rosoboronexport". We are talking about the deputy general director of Rosoboronexport, Vladimir Artyakov and the head of the department Igor Esipovsky, said an employee of a unitary enterprise. Three more candidates work in Vneshotorgbank (VTB), and one of them is a member of the board and the senior vice president of VTB Vasily Titov. From AvtoVAZ, the Vice President of Marketing and Sales, Vladimir Kuchai, vice president of AVVA for strategy, Dmitry Razorenov, as well as the chairman of the AvtoVAZ production council Anatoly Melnikov and the chairman of the trade union Nikolai Karagin, were put forward to the Council. A chair in the Council will be preserved by the president of AG Capital Albert Gavrikov. Finally, one of the sources of Vedomosti claims that the two remaining places will go to the head of Rosprom Boris Aleshin and Maxim Nagaytsev, a long -standing acquaintance of the head of Rosoboronexport Sergey Chemezov. Now Nagaytsev is headed by Katya LLC, which at the end of summer announced the construction project in Kaliningrad for the production of automatic gearboxes. The project is just supervised by Aleshin and Chesters, who attended the presentation of the project.
At the AvtoVAZ itself, the situation with the change of council is not commented. The decision on new managers was made in the presidential administration, sources close to the concern say. “It looks like a quiet nationalization,” an employee of one of the car factories told Vedomosti.
Kommersant adds that the new board of directors is probably only the first stage of managing management. According to the newspaper, the other day, a group of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the FSB and the Prosecutor General’s Office arrived in Togliatti. The visit of the security forces "is directly related to the impending transfer of power at the car factory."
