"At about 17:00 local time (18:00 Moscow time), two NVF participants were blocked in the Meridian cafe in the Meridian cafe. When trying to detain them, they opened fire. As a result of shootings with employees, two militants were destroyed," the agency’s interlocutor said.

According to preliminary data, two people were injured during the shootout - one law enforcement officer and a woman who accidentally found himself near the cafe.

Also in the evening on Wednesday, a law enforcement officer of Ingushetia in the Nazran district was attacked on Wednesday.

According to RIA Novosti in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic, in the village of Ekazhio of the Nazran district on Wednesday at about 19:45, unknown people fired at the household of automatic weapons.

As a result of shelling, no one was injured. The attackers managed to escape from the scene.
