The vice speaker of the Chechnya parliament died, which had an accident in December

The Vice Speaker of the Chechnya Parliament Sultan Belimkhanov died from the injury received as a result of a traffic accident, on Thursday the republic’s parliament reported on Thursday.

Belimkhanov was in a car accident on December 16 last year. With a heavy traumatic brain injury, he was taken to Moscow to the Burdenko Institute, Interfax reports.

The accident occurred on the federal highway "Caucasus" near the village of Koshkelda Gudermes district, where four cars collided.
