As Interfax was reported on Friday surrounded by Hil Robes, during a two-day visit to Chechnya, he and Hammarberg plan to meet with representatives of the Chechen authorities, the public, and visit the Chernokozovo pre-trial detention center.
In addition, according to the interlocutor of Interfax, they plan to visit the Chechen parliament and the State University who are also leaving for future commissars.
As the source said, upon returning to Moscow at the beginning of the next week, Hil-Robes and Hammarberg intend to meet with the Ministry of Justice of the Ministry of Justice, Yuri Chaika, representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, as well as with the Patriarch of Moscow and All Rus' Alexy II.
Hammarberg will replace the chilo-bunnes at the post of commissioner of the Human Rights on April 1.
