In St. Petersburg they wounded a mulatto girl with a knife

In St. Petersburg in the city center, an attempt was made on a 9-year-old dark-skinned girl. Her mother is Russian, and her father is a citizen Mali, Interfax reports.

“On Saturday at 20.50 Moscow time at 99 Ligovsky Prospekt, the girl entered the entrance of her house after a walk in the courtyard,” the agency was informed in the city prosecutor's office. Following her, two young people entered the stairwell. They attacked the girl and inflicted three blows with a knife in the neck and ear. ”

The girl was able to get to the house herself, where an ambulance was called for her. The child described the attackers. According to the police, they were not defiantly dressed, they did not utter any phrases about hatred of people with a different skin color, etc. The girl is hospitalized in a children's hospital.

Her condition does not cause concerns, the prosecutor's office of the Central District of St. Petersburg reported on Sunday afternoon. “According to our information, the girl was wounded in the neck and temple,” said RIA Novosti interlocutor. “Her condition is evaluated as satisfactory. There is no threat to life.”

A criminal case has been opened under Articles 30 and 105 of the Criminal Code (attempted murder). As explained in the Central RUVD, at least two people were attackers. Their age, according to preliminary information, is from 18 to 25 years. Search for hot pursuit did not bring results.
