In 2007, residents of more than two thousand houses in Moscow will have to survive a lot of repairs. Owners of apartments will not have to fork out separately for upcoming work. Since there is no methodology for calculating such payment. But after 2009, they will most likely be offered to pay for the overhaul of their houses. Housing overhaul planning until 2009 was discussed on Wednesday at a meeting of the metropolitan government.
Some citizens are waiting for a complete reconstruction of the building without resettlement. The rest were more fortunate: they will make selective repair of only one, the most dilapidated part of the house. For example, roofs, facade, internal engineering communications, elevators or fire systems. In addition, they will put things in order in the premises of emergency dispatch services located on the first floors of residential buildings, Komsomolskaya Pravda writes.
A list of addresses has already been compiled at which overhaul will be held. In the near future, the city department of housing and communal services will prepare the same list for 2008 and 2009. Moreover, five -story buildings in the Western District will also get there, which will be reconstructed with the resettlement of residents using German technology. Recall that a similar experiment five years ago started in the North-Western District, but failed.
In the old five -story buildings, facades with a superstructure, redevelopment of apartments, replacing windows, doors and engineering "filling" were supposed to insulate. In a week, German builders proposed to completely repair one entrance, in two months - the whole house. But this pleasure turned out to be expensive for the city hall - 600 euros per square meter. A little more than seven rubles are spent from the city budget on the “square” (by the way, the federal standard is half as much - 3.60 rubles/sq. M).
"Of course, there were domestic construction finals, ready to work for 320 euros. - Viktor Kozlov did not hide the Prefect of the North -West, and after all, they made repairs ... by the forces of the Kyiv station. They saved. You won’t look without tears."
“Now we have developed together with the Senate of Berlin a new program for reconstruction of houses without attracting budget money,” reassured the First Deputy Mayor Yuri Roslyak. “Work in the apartment is two days. Mostly the drilling of technical openings for communications and cosmetic repair of rooms.”
The roof will restore in these buildings
