Eminem, whose real name is Marshall Mathers, first married his high school sweetheart Kimberly Scott in 1999. A year later, Kim tried to commit suicide, and her husband, taking advantage of this circumstance, sang about the death of his beloved in his acclaimed hit “Stan.” Unable to bear such an unethical act, the wife sued her husband, accusing him of libel.
